Mexico, May 1 /Sinshu/ — At least 11 people died, and dozens more were injured on Friday as a result of a tourist bus overturning in the state of Nayarit in western Mexico. Local authorities reported this.
The incident occurred near the municipality of Amatlán de Cañas in Nayarit. The bus went off the road and overturned.
The state prosecutor’s office reported that six people died at the scene of the incident, and five more are in the hospital.
Emergency medical teams were sent to provide assistance to the victims.
