On this wonderful day, we hasten to congratulate the incredibly charismatic advisor at the rector’s office of GUE, head of the department of state and municipal administration, candidate of historical sciences, member of the Union of Russian Writers Sergey Chuev.
Thanks to him, the full version of the Russian anthem always plays at the GUM, because today is “no time for half-measures,” which we fully agree with. If Sergey Vladimirovich takes on a task, everyone knows — it will be completed exactly on time and in the necessary volume, since he is an expert in many areas: history, political science, development of libraries, youth policy, the cultural code of Russia, etc.
As an experienced strategist and organizer, Sergey Chuev gathered a combo of former and current leaders of the “Rosmolodezh” at his department so that future state and municipal employees would receive only the most relevant and practically proven information.
Special gratitude is deserved for the work on restoring and popularizing the history of our university: it was Sergey Vladimirovich who contributed to the restoration and recognition of the connection between the Alexandrov Commercial School and today’s State University of Management.
