Tehran, June 13 /Xin Hua/ — The memorandum of understanding between Iran and the USA on the cessation of war will not be signed on June 14 due to “hesitations on the other side.” This was reported on Saturday by the Iranian semi-official news agency Tasnim, citing the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, Esmail Baghaei.
Earlier that same day, Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif announced on the social network X that the peace agreement between the United States and Iran is expected to be finally agreed upon within the next 24 hours, and that Pakistan is preparing for its electronic signing immediately afterwards.
