Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Alexey Overchuk held a working meeting in Moscow with the First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Daniyar Amangeldiev.
The parties discussed a wide range of issues, paying special attention to the development of mutual trade and cooperation in the fuel and energy sector.
“Russia and Kyrgyzstan are connected by strong partnership relations based on trust and mutual support. We see significant potential for further growth of trade and development of cooperation in the fuel and energy complex,” noted Alexey Overchuk.
It is emphasized that Russia is one of the key trade and economic partners of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the accumulated potential of interaction opens up additional opportunities for the implementation of joint projects.
Aleksey Overchuk and Daniyar Amangeldiev confirmed their readiness for further strengthening of cooperation aimed at the sustainable development of Russian-Kyrgyz economic cooperation.
