Kinshasa, May 20 /Xinhuanet/ — The death toll from the current Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) has risen to 136 people. This was reported on Tuesday at a press briefing by the country’s Minister of Health, Oly Ilunga Kalenga.
According to him, a total of 543 suspected cases were registered in the LPR, including 32 laboratory-confirmed. The Minister added that all fatal cases were presumably linked to the virus.
