Beijing, May 9 /Xinhua/ — In China, within the framework of the accelerated implementation of the “Artificial Intelligence Plus” initiative, guiding principles aimed at promoting the standardized application and innovative development of artificial intelligence agents (AI/AI) have been announced.
The leading principles, jointly issued by the State Internet Information Office of the KNA, the State Committee for Development and Reform of the KNA, and the Ministry of Industry and Informatization of the KNA, aimed at implementing the “KNA State Council Provisions on the Deepened Implementation of the ‘AI Plus’ Campaign” and promoting the orderly development of intellectual agents as key forms of products and services in the field of artificial intelligence, according to the official statement.
In the specified document, AI agents are defined as intellectual systems capable of autonomous perception, memorization, decision-making, interaction, and performing actions that rapidly integrate cyberspace and the physical world as advanced technologies such as large-scale language models emerge.
In addition, the main principles of developing AI agents are outlined in the guidelines, with particular attention paid to issues of security and controllability, consistency and standardization, as well as growth based on innovation and practical orientation.
The document highlights four main areas of activity. Firstly, it is necessary to make efforts to strengthen the development base, improve technological infrastructure, and implement standards and protocols.
Secondly, the document contains calls for ensuring security and protection.
Thirdly, the guiding principle contains a call for development oriented towards specific areas of application, and 19 typical application scenarios have been defined, relying on scientific research, industrial development, consumption stimulation, population welfare, and social governance.
On Thursday, these guiding principles contribute to the development of an innovative ecosystem, industrial cooperation, and more active promotion of applications.
