Washington, May 6 /Xinhua/ — The USA has conducted very good negotiations with Iran over the past 24 hours about ending the war that has lasted more than two months. This was stated by US President Donald Trump on Wednesday.
Iran really wants to “make a deal,” noted D. Trump, repeating his statement at an event in the White House.
“They are already going to make a deal,” he told journalists. “In the last 24 hours, we have had very good negotiations, and it is quite possible that we will make a deal.”
D. Trump emphasized that if the USA leaves Iran alone right now, it will take 20 years to restore the country due to the severe damage inflicted as a result of American-Israeli strikes, started on February 28.
