Washington, April 25 /Xin Hua/ — U.S. President Donald Trump announced on social media on Saturday that he has just canceled the trip of American representatives to the capital of Pakistan, Islamabad, for a meeting with the Iranian side.
“Too much time spent on trips, too much work! Moreover, there is huge internal struggle and discord in the ‘leadership’. Nobody knows who is in charge, including themselves,” wrote D. Trump on the social network Truth Social.
The American president also said that “we have all the maps, and they have none,” adding: “if they want to talk, all they need to do is call.”
Earlier that same day, D. Trump told Fox News that he canceled the planned trip of his son-in-law Jared Kushner and the special envoy of the US president Stephen Witkoff to Pakistan. –0–
