In Moscow, a modern sports cluster was created near the educational building of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) on Sadovniki Street (building 4, block 2). Sergey Sobyanin reported this on his channel on in the “Max” messenger.

“The central facility is a pavilion with two gyms that can be converted into rooms for judges; there are changing rooms and showers,” wrote the Mayor of Moscow.

A new hockey rink has also appeared here. When it gets colder, training sessions and competitions in winter sports will be held on it, and in the summer the area can be used for playing volleyball and tennis.

Nearby, they set up fields for mini-football, panna football, and basketball, a running track, a workout area, places for long jump, a ping-pong area, as well as a zone for passing GTO standards.

“Moreover, previously the academy students used to reach the building via a narrow, poorly lit ‘transit’ road. Now there is an asphalted route with good lighting and benches,” noted the Mayor of Moscow.
