The traditional Young Specialist Day was held at the Scientific and Technical Center of PJSC KAMAZ.
This year, the Deputy General Director – Director of Development Block of PJSC KAMAZ (DGD – Dev) has welcomed 20 university graduates. Traditionally in the fall, a Young Specialist Day is organized at the Research and Technology Center. For recent graduates, this is not just a formal introduction to the company, but a powerful impetus for career growth and full integration into the life of the auto giant.
The introduction to KAMAZ began in the conference room, where young design engineers, technologists, programmers, and researchers immersed themselves in the structure of the Development Unit. The chief HR specialist Ekaterina Matveeva and the lead design engineer, chairman of the Youth Council of the R&D Center, Egor Kochurov, explained how one of the company’s most innovative divisions operates and what prospects await its employees. The speakers emphasized continuity: many of today’s youth leaders and activists also once started their journey with such an orientation day. In addition, newcomers were introduced to the social program and informed about extracurricular activities.
The second part of the day took place in an informal setting at the Berezhok recreation center. Irina Bulaeva, the chief specialist for youth work at PJSC KAMAZ, announced the company’s large-scale projects: “Engineers of the Future,” “Our Time – Beznen Zaman,” the All-Russian Tourist Rally, and the “MoloT” project. The main event of the day was an interactive quest conducted by lead process engineer Ekaterina Akhatova. Participants had the opportunity to demonstrate leadership qualities, logical thinking skills, and strategic planning.
An important detail was the in-game currency that teams earned during sports and intellectual challenges. This resource became critically important at the final stage – the construction of an air tower as part of the themed quiz. The culmination of the Young Specialist Day was the ceremonial award presentation and coffee break organized by the Youth Council and the BZGD administration – DR.
