More than 75 percent of registrations in the capital supplier portal In 2026, it was due to regional business. Sergey Sobyanin discussed in his blog how Moscow’s technologies are opening new opportunities for entrepreneurs from all over Russia.
In the framework of the state order, priority is given to domestic products. This is one of the most effective tools for supporting domestic manufacturers and ensuring the country’s technological sovereignty, as confirmed by the experience of Russia and most developed countries.
“But, as is known, the nuances are important. Without special support tools, it is quite difficult for small and medium-sized businesses, especially those from the regions, to participate in tenders. In Russia, such a tool has become the Moscow
supplier portal — essentially, a universal marketplace for small-volume purchases. Suppliers from any region can offer their products. And participating in the bidding is simple and unburdensome even for the smallest businesses,” wrote the Mayor of Moscow.
Today, the portal hosts more than 410 thousand entrepreneurs from across the country. Over 90 percent of them represent small and medium-sized businesses. More than 60 thousand state and municipal institutions from 48 regions of Russia purchase products and services through it. The platform’s catalog contains up to 3.6 million unique items. Every day, more than 1.5 thousand contracts are concluded on the site.

Increase in the number of clients
In just seven months of 2026, suppliers from Krasnodar Krai signed contracts worth 226 million rubles, entrepreneurs from Saratov Oblast — 135 million rubles, from Leningrad Oblast — almost 130 million rubles, from Ulyanovsk Oblast — almost 70 million rubles, from Smolensk Oblast — more than 68 million rubles.
“The numbers are good for suppliers from other regions as well. Therefore, the Moscow supplier portal does not experience a shortage of new user influx. From January to July 2026, 16.7 thousand new suppliers registered, of which more than 12.7 thousand (76 percent) came from Russian regions,” noted Sergey Sobyanin.
Perm Krai leads: 2.2 thousand new registrations. In addition, among the leaders are Moscow Oblast, from which 1.4 thousand entrepreneurs registered, and Saint Petersburg — 639 new participants.
The number of regional administrations conducting procurements on the Moscow supplier portal is also growing. In 2026, Kursk and Lipetsk regions, the Jewish Autonomous Region, the Donetsk People’s Republic, and Kamchatka Krai joined it.

New Technologies
The technical team of the Moscow Government closely monitors to ensure that working with the portal remains as simple and convenient as possible, and that new services become available in the shortest possible time.
Suppliers have access to quick registration and free access to the platform’s features. For example, the portal offers electronic document management, an automatic bidding bot, as well as artificial intelligence tools for working with the catalog and documentation.
The built-in API service (a tool for automatic data exchange) allows you to promptly download the product catalog for analysis and proposal package creation. When filling out a new product card, the neural network independently determines the product category based on the uploaded image and finds similar offers.
In addition, a convenient machine analysis service for documentation is available, which generates a summary of contracts and allows entrepreneurs to evaluate bidding opportunities much faster.
In 2025, the portal was integrated with the mobile application “Goskey”. Thanks to this, entrepreneurs can sign contracts directly from mobile devices.
To make interaction with suppliers as efficient as possible, special representative offices are being opened in regions of Russia. They help entrepreneurs understand all the nuances of working on the platform, hold regular meetings, and collect suggestions for further service improvement.
Government of Moscow plans to continue developing the suppliers’ portal so that domestic manufacturers have a reliable and stable sales channel for their products.
