On several streets in the city center, traffic will be temporarily closed on September 18 and 19. This is due to the Moscow Motorcycle Festival.

Moreover, on this day from 12:00 Traffic will be restricted on the outer side of the Garden Ring. Sections will be opened to cars as the motorcycle column passes.
During the movement of the motorcade, it will not be possible to approach certain city facilities from the Garden Ring side. These include the Atrium shopping and entertainment complex, Paveletskaya Plaza shopping and entertainment center, Smolensky Passage shopping center, Gorky Park, Muzeon Arts Park, Moscow Academic Satire Theater, State Academic Central Puppet Theater named after S.V. Obraztsov, Mossovet Theater, Tchaikovsky Concert Hall, Moscow International House of Music, Kursky and Paveletsky railway stations, N.V. Sklifosovsky Research Institute of Emergency Care, Filatov Hospital, and Alexeyev Eye Hospital.
