Financial organizations currently have 15 working days to respond to a client’s inquiry. If an organization needs additional time to analyze the situation, it must inform the applicant about this. This must be done within 15 days from the date of registration of the inquiry.
Moreover, if there are several requests from one market participant at once, the response or a single notification about the extension may be limited to one. Then, the period allotted for preparing the response letter will be counted from the date of receipt of the first request.
