State Budgetary Institution “Small Business of Moscow” (MBM) will hold a free conference on September 7 titled “Business Is No Child’s Play: Attracting Investment.” It will bring together active entrepreneurs in the field of goods and services for children, as well as those who are only planning to start their own business. Participants will learn how to assess a project’s investment potential, attract funding, and find resources for further growth.
The market for goods and services for children and their parents is actively developing: new formats are emerging, and buyers’ demands for quality, safety, and convenience are increasing. To occupy a stable position in this segment, entrepreneurs need to competently build a business model and determine the project’s prospects.
The first event in the business program will be a speech by Anastasia Zagorskaya, the creator of a media platform for moms. She will share her experience of starting a business and finding a target audience.
Anastasia Seregina, founder of an ecosystem for women, will present approaches to creating a product capable of attracting a wide audience and small businesses.
The Executive Director of the investment platform, Artem Terpyachiy, will explain how to build a business model that is clear and attractive to investors. Experts will also analyze the key criteria for project evaluation and explain what needs to be done before attracting funding.
The founder and CEO of the cafe chain Eduard Heyman will explain the business development opportunities that a franchise offers. The speaker will discuss who this format is suitable for, what to pay attention to when choosing a ready-made business model, and how to evaluate the prospects of investments.
In addition, the conference program includes presentations dedicated to finding business partners, promoting products and services for children and their parents, key market trends, and working with sales analytics. Participants will also be able to exchange experiences, make useful contacts, and discuss potential collaboration.
The conference “Business not for kids: attracting investments” will be held from 11:00 to 16:00 at the creative space “AKI. lab” located at: Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street, Building 17, Structure 2. To participate, you need to register at MBM portal.
