“In the southeast of Moscow, a three-section residential building with a total area of almost 26 thousand square meters has been constructed. It has 408 apartments, 10 of which have been adapted for residents with limited mobility. A modern ventilated curtain wall system was used for the building’s finishing, which, thanks to its multilayer design, helps maintain a favorable microclimate in the apartments, reduces street noise levels, and also protects the building from moisture, extending its lifespan. Spacious lobbies, concierge rooms, and stroller storage rooms have been equipped on the first floors. Additionally, non-residential premises for social and household infrastructure have been provided here. The courtyard has been designed to be comfortable and functional: it includes two playgrounds for children of different ages, a sports ground, and a quiet relaxation area,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky.
The unified approaches of “Moscow Control” to the safety and reliability of construction, which inspectors follow, ensure the capital’s quality standards.
“The construction of a house under the renovation program on a land plot of 0.6 hectares was regularly inspected by Mosgosstroynadzor: there were three inspections at the site. As a result of the final control and supervisory activity, a conclusion was issued confirming the building’s compliance with the project documentation,” added the chairman of Mosgosstroynadzor.
The building was constructed using a modern system that combines the advantages of prefab technologies and monolithic construction. The building elements were manufactured at the first phase of the prefabricated structures plant “Module-555.” This allowed for improved building quality and reduced construction time. Earlier, Sergey Sobyanin mentioned that in August, the enterprise launched second phase of production, thanks to which the share of factory-ready structures is planned to increase from 20 to 50 percent, and in the future — up to 70 percent.
The new building features a distinctive architectural appearance: the alternation of exterior walls in different planes and glazing elements gives the facades volume and dynamism. The house is decorated with large-format steel composite panels and concrete tiles in sandy and dark brown shades.
The new building is located within a residential neighborhood with well-developed urban infrastructure. Nearby are schools, kindergartens, clinics, a sports club, and a shopping center. In addition, close by is the Kuzminki-Lyublino Museum-Reserve with equipped walking routes, recreation areas, and a historic estate, as well as city transport stops and the Yugo-Vostochnaya metro station. For motorists, there is convenient access to Volgogradsky Prospekt.
