The construction of the adult clinic in Troitsk has been completed. The building was erected as part of the Targeted Investment Program using prefab technologies. This was reported by the Moscow Deputy Mayor for Urban Development Policy and Construction. Vladimir Efimov.
“Modern technologies are used in the construction of social facilities in the capital, allowing for the acceleration of building erection and ensuring high energy efficiency, durability, and compliance with the strictest standards of comfort and safety. In Troitsk, a modern polyclinic was completed on Oktyabrsky Avenue. The area of the four-story building with an underground floor exceeded 13.3 thousand square meters. Prefabrication technologies were applied during construction: 637 modules for the building were produced at one of the capital’s factories and delivered to the site ready for assembly, which allowed for improved work quality,” said Vladimir Yefimov.

“As part of the construction of the building, 540 facade wall modules were installed, clad with pearl-white ribbed steel composite cassettes and anthracite-gray stemalit panels, from which accent elements were made. The polyclinic also installed 73 sanitary modules with all necessary equipment and 24 engineering modules. Thanks to the use of prefab technologies, it was possible to reduce the amount of work on site and optimize costs for the implementation of the project,” noted the head of the Civil Construction Department of the city of Moscow.
The clinic has provided everything necessary to deliver high-quality medical care across a wide range of specialties. The building houses a consultative and diagnostic department and a clinical diagnostic laboratory, equipped rehabilitation and radiology areas. A separate ARVI zone has been organized for the safe reception of patients with respiratory symptoms.
Special attention was given to equipping the institution. It was outfitted with modern equipment using advanced technologies.
To ensure safety, the building is equipped with security posts, video surveillance systems, and fire alarm systems. The construction of the facility also took into account the needs of people with limited mobility.
Work on the site has been carried out under supervision since November 2024 Committee of State Construction Supervision of the city of Moscow (Mosgosstroynadzor).
Chairman of the Moscow State Construction Supervision Anton Slobodchikov added that the specialists of “Moscow Control” accompanied the project implementation from the preparatory stage to acceptance. Eleven control and supervisory activities were conducted at the site, including the involvement of employees from the affiliated Center for Expertise, Research, and Testing in Construction for instrumental quality control of the work performed and the materials used. Following the final inspection, a conclusion was issued confirming the building’s compliance with the approved project documentation requirements, after which a permit was granted for its commissioning.
Earlier, Sergey Sobyanin announced the completion of construction main building of the Troitsk clinic.
