On Thursday, August 27, at Victory Park in Naberezhnye Chelny, a solemn presentation of personalized certificates was held for the laureates of the Electronic Board of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of “KAMAZ” also received documents from the hands of the city’s mayor, Nail Magdeev.

The day before, a ceremonial event took place in Victory Park, where achievements of workers from various fields, including employees of KAMAZ, were recognized. Certificates were presented to the residents of Chelny by the city’s mayor, Nail Magdeev, in the presence of State Duma deputy Alfiya Kogogina.
“We have gathered in the cozy Victory Park to express words of sincere appreciation and gratitude to the workers of our city. Each of them is an individual who contributes to the development of the city and the republic, – noted Nail Magdeev. – Our Fatherland is held up by the working people. By a decision of the republic’s leader, the Electronic Board of Tatarstan was established. More than two and a half thousand city residents have been honored to be on it. 6th Grade Milling Machine Operator at the Repair and Tool Plant of PJSC KAMAZ Konstantin Shilyaev For his conscientious work, he was awarded the Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. During his long professional career, he participated in many projects, including a project to reduce the tool manufacturing cycle by 10% and to improve axial tool production processes, resulting in a 9% increase in productivity.
Deputy Production Director of the Automobile Plant Georgy Saksin has been working at the same factory for more than 20 years, started as a fitter MSM in 2004. The fact of being listed on the republican honor board also became pleasant news for Honored Inventor of Russia Andrey Ukhov, whose experience exceeds 47 years. For many years he was the deputy chief technologist of the Foundry Plant, and today he works as the chief specialist in production efficiency analysis. “Technologies are changing. To remain a sought-after specialist, you need to constantly learn new things, – shared Andrey Ukhov. – You cannot fall behind life; it is important to stay informed about changes in production. New technologies must be implemented because they reduce the cost of the manufacturing process. If our products are cheaper, then KAMAZ will be cheaper as well. And technologists at each enterprise are working on this task.
