Off-site meetings with the participation of the company’s trade union activists were held at the production facilities of PJSC “KAMAZ”.
Representatives of the staff union of the United Primary Trade Union Organization of PJSC “KAMAZ” participated in the events under the leadership of chairman Ildar Shamilov. The working agenda covered key divisions of the enterprise. In particular, trade union chairman Ildar Shamilov held a meeting at the Foundry Plant, and his deputy Vladislav Gavrilov visited the Engine Plant. At the Automobile Plant, the meeting was held under the leadership of Deputy Chairman Ilshat Adiyatullin, and at the Press-Frame Plant – with the participation of Deputy Chairman Alexander Shuralyov.
The focus of the participants was on the results of previously held events and tasks for the near future. An important part of the agenda was informing the trade union activists about the results of the annual general meeting of shareholders of PJSC KAMAZ. Special attention in the discussions was given to occupational safety and industrial injury issues. The parties thoroughly reviewed the current situation at the sites. Another significant topic was the change of the food supplier at the enterprise. A key element of each meeting was direct communication with employees. Workers voiced concerns important to them, trade union specialists provided detailed explanations, and the most significant suggestions were recorded for further development. This format not only helped to promptly resolve a number of current issues but also strengthened the feedback channel between the trade union committee and the labor collectives, making the interaction more open and effective.
The meetings concluded with congratulations to the birthday celebrants and jubilees, as well as an awards ceremony for trade union activists who received well-deserved recognition badges for their work.
