In Moscow, on December 2–3, the second annual All-Russian Inclusive Forum “Open for Everyone” will be held. The decision was made at a meeting of the organizational committee for the preparation and holding of the forum under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova. The dates of the event are timed to coincide with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
The purpose of the forum is to facilitate the inclusion of the non-governmental sector in the development of an inclusive environment, as well as to consolidate the efforts of business, government, and society to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities. “Support for citizens with disabilities and their relatives is one of our unconditional priorities. We pay great attention to the development of infrastructure, the expansion of educational and employment opportunities, as well as the introduction of technological and digital solutions to organize an accessible environment. It is important that the “Open for All” forum becomes a platform for developing new solutions and exchanging best practices. This year, the forum will be held on December 2-3,” said Tatyana Golikova.
“The ability of society to be attentive to every citizen and create conditions for their support becomes an important source of social stability and long-term development of the country. Forum participants this year continue to jointly seek effective solutions, discuss specific projects, and create conditions for qualitative changes in the lives of millions of people,” noted Anton Kobyakov, advisor to the President of Russia and responsible secretary of the organizational committee.
The forum events are aimed at attracting attention to the creation of an accessible environment and eliminating discrimination based on disability, creating a platform for open communication between representatives of government structures, business, NGOs, and citizens, as well as promoting the dissemination of effective methods, innovative technologies, and services that contribute to the successful integration of people with disabilities into society.
“The holding of the forum ‘Open for Everyone’ is directly linked to achieving the national development goals set by the President of Russia: unlocking the potential of every individual and developing their talents. A necessary condition for this is the formation of an inclusive environment and a culture of equal opportunities. The experience of the past year has shown that the forum has become one of the key platforms for developing partnerships between the state, business, and civil society in implementing social policy and scaling successful practices in the field of inclusion,” emphasized the General Director of ASI, Svetlana Chupsheva.
It is expected that the forum will be attended by heads of Russian constituent entities, federal and regional executive authorities, leaders of public associations and organizations for the disabled, business representatives, as well as members of foreign delegations.
“Open to All” is a business engagement program in the process of creating an accessible environment, goods, services, and service offerings for people with disabilities, limited health capabilities, and low-mobility citizens. It is implemented within the framework of the ASI National Social Initiative since 2022.
First The All-Russian Inclusive Forum “Open for Everyone” took place on November 24–25, 2025, in Moscow. Within its framework, 24 events of the business program were held, attended in person by more than 1,100 people. The Chairman of the Government of Russia, Mikhail Mishustin, supported the proposal to make the forum an annual event.
