More than 1.1 billion rubles will be allocated to the Jewish Autonomous Region from the Government’s reserve fund as targeted support for regional housing and utilities enterprises. The order on this has been signed.
According to the document, more than 30 organizations will receive financial assistance.
Speaking about the decision made at at the Government meeting on July 16, Mikhail Mishustin noted that it will ensure the stable operation of local specialized companies and resource-supplying organizations, as well as the timely preparation of engineering and network infrastructure for the autumn-winter period. In particular, federal funding will be used to replenish reserves of fuel oil and coal for boiler houses in all settlements.
“It is important that electricity, heat, and hot water are supplied uninterrupted to residential buildings, social facilities, industrial and other enterprises,” emphasized Mikhail Mishustin.
The Prime Minister asked the Ministry of Construction, as well as the regional leadership, to keep the effectiveness of the use of the funds provided under control.
