Astana, July 7 /Xinhua/ — China and Kazakhstan will be able to hand in hand open a new “golden thirty years” of bilateral relations. This is stated in an article by the Chinese Ambassador to Kazakhstan Han Chunlin, published on Monday in the newspaper “Business Kazakhstan”.

The article titled “The Centennial Party in Its Prime, General Prosperity on the Great Path” notes that this year marks the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC). During this time, it has evolved from a party with just over 50 members at its inception to the largest ruling party in the world, uniting over 100 million members and more than 5.4 million grassroots organizations.

Han Chunlin emphasized that the CPC, leading the Chinese people in relentless struggle, has successfully paved the way of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which corresponds to China’s national conditions and the trends of the times. According to him, this path has fundamentally changed the fate of the Chinese people and has had a profound impact on the course of world history.

The article states that under the leadership of the CCP, China has achieved historic transformations: the People’s Republic of China was established, the people became the masters of the country, and Chinese society progressed from a lack of the most basic necessities to comprehensive moderate prosperity. In recent years, China has successfully overcome a number of serious risks and challenges, and Chinese modernization has taken new solid steps.

The ambassador noted that in 2025, the volume of China’s economy, converted at the average annual exchange rate, amounted to about 19.6 trillion US dollars, which is approximately one-sixth of the world economy. During the 14th five-year plan period, the average annual growth rate of the Chinese economy reached 5.4%, and China’s annual contribution to the growth of the world economy in 2021-2025 remained at about 30%.

According to Han Chunlin, China has also achieved significant results in scientific and technological innovations, including the Chang’e lunar missions, the Tianhe orbital module, the Beidou satellite navigation system, the C919 passenger aircraft, and the large cruise liner Adora Magic City. The article emphasizes that China is confidently progressing from the status of a global manufacturing hub to that of a global innovation center.

The diplomat noted that the CPC strives not only for the happiness of the Chinese people and the revival of the Chinese nation but also for the progress of humanity and universal harmony in the world. China consistently advocates multilateralism, supports the central role of the UN, promotes the building of a community with a shared future for mankind, the joint construction of the “Belt and Road” initiative, as well as initiatives in global development, security, civilization, and governance.

Special attention in the article is given to Chinese-Kazakh relations. Han Chunlin noted that China and Kazakhstan are good neighbors, good friends, and reliable partners, connected by common mountains and rivers and a shared destiny. He emphasized that Kazakhstan has long firmly supported the CPC and the initiatives carried out under its leadership.

According to the ambassador, effective mechanisms of dialogue and ties operate between the leading political parties of Kazakhstan and the CCP, and cooperation in exchanging state governance experience and strengthening the capacity of ruling parties has enriched the strategic content of the China-Kazakhstan eternal comprehensive strategic partnership.

Han Chunlin stated that China, having embarked on the implementation of the 15th Five-Year Plan, and Kazakhstan, advancing the construction of a “Fair Kazakhstan,” have broad prospects for further deepening cooperation. The PRC is ready, together with the Kazakh side, to strengthen political mutual trust, align development strategies, promote high-quality joint construction of the “Belt and Road,” and enhance the level of mutually beneficial cooperation in trade, energy, investment, transport, mineral resources extraction, education, science, technology, and culture.

The ambassador expressed confidence that the parties will be able to hand in hand open a new “golden thirty years” of relations and build a China-Kazakhstan community with a shared future on an even firmer foundation, with higher quality and richer content. –0–
