A major lot has been put up for open bidding commercial premises of free appointment in the Lianozovo district. It is located near the Altufyevo metro station. This was reported by the head of the Moscow City Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.
“Large non-residential premises are a liquid asset that can be used for developing either a single or several commercial projects at once. Such a property can be purchased directly from the city through open auctions. Currently, among the offers is a free-purpose premises with an area of 286.8 square meters in the Lianozovo district. It is located on the first floor of a multi-apartment building on Novgorodskaya Street. Among its advantages are a separate entrance, walking distance to Altufyevo metro station, and proximity to the namesake park and the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD), which can contribute to a stable flow of clients,” Kirill Purtov said.
The room is located in building 38 on Novgorodskaya Street.
The application period for participation in the auction will end on October 14. The auction will take place on October 23 on the “Roseltorg” online platform. The real estate seller is Department of City Property of Moscow Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature will be required to participate.
