In the Voronovo area of the Troitsky Administrative Okrug, seven venues for active recreation and sports were improved this year. Specialists Moscow urban economy complex completed work in the settlement of Rogovo, the village of Bogoyavlenie, as well as in the villages of Kamenka, Klimovka, Zybino, Yudanovka, and Yuryevka.
Modern playgrounds and workout zones made from safe and durable materials have appeared in place of outdated sites and small architectural forms. The renovation of the areas is aimed at creating a comfortable urban environment where young Muscovites and health enthusiasts can spend time outdoors close to home.
Active recreation areas in Voronovo
When landscaping the facilities, the interests of different age groups were taken into account. For example, for the youngest children, safe sandboxes and gentle slides with interactive developmental elements were installed. Among these are large abacuses for learning mathematics, climbing ladders, and suspension nets made of reinforced cable for agility training. For older kids, dynamic attractions were installed: carousels, balancing swings, and nest swings.
Thus, the central element of the vibrant children’s playground in the village of Bogoyavlenie became a multi-level complex shaped like a helicopter with three slides, a fireman’s pole, and stairs. Suspended net swings were also installed here. Instead of rubberized coating, a different one was laid on the playground—seasonal, soft, and injury-safe. Emerald green in color, it imitates artificial turf.
In addition to children’s areas, modern workout complexes have appeared at improved facilities. Outdoor sports clusters have been equipped with exercise machines and pull-up bars for strength training.
In addition, specialists have updated the road and path network, installed street furniture and protective barriers on playgrounds, and carried out comprehensive landscaping of the areas.
Climbing wall and obstacle course in Yuryevka
Another renovated children’s playground is located in the village of Yuryevka near house 77b. Here, a multifunctional play area for children of various ages has been created.
The playground was designed in bright and vibrant colors. It features a multi-level town with towers, observation decks, and walkways. For active play, slides of various heights with safe braking zones at the exits, a hanging obstacle course, and a balancing net made of strong reinforced ropes were installed. Additionally, the playground includes a play complex with a climbing wall — a vertical wall with holds for climbing — and classic swings on sturdy suspensions.
The base of the playground was laid with a seamless soft shock-absorbing surface, and park benches were installed around the perimeter for parents.
