The fourth hackathon in the Tender Hack series this year has concluded in Nizhny Novgorod. Its participants developed prototypes of an AI service for automating the processing of support service requests. supplier portal. “The implementation of tools based on artificial intelligence opens up new opportunities for the development of the supplier portal. At the Tender Hack series hackathon in Nizhny Novgorod, participants presented prototypes that will help reduce the processing time of requests and lessen the load on support service operators. They were tasked with creating an automatic FAQ response service, which will determine the type of request and direct it to specialists of the corresponding line. In addition, contestants developed a user-friendly web interface, tested their solutions on real cases, and proposed options for their further development and scaling. The best developments may be considered for implementation in the portal’s interface,” noted Kirill Purtov.

A total of 23 teams competed for the victory. Based on the results of the qualifying round, five of them advanced to the final. The best was recognized as the Moscow team “Our Beloved MISIS-Mojarung.” The second place went to the “Hackers” from Moscow, and the third to DevOops from Nizhny Novgorod.

“Our team has come to the Tender Hack series hackathon for the fifth time. Previously, we took fourth, fifth, and third places — and now we have finally won,” said Kirill Veriyalov, the captain of the Moscow team.

The hackathon was attended by 95 people from six cities: Innopolis, Kazan, Kizlyar, Moscow, Novosibirsk, and Nizhny Novgorod. The average age of the contestants was 20 years old. Both university students and experienced professionals could try their skills.

The next IT tournament will take place from October 9 to 11 in Kazan. Detailed information about the task and registration will be posted on the website tenderhack.ru. The organizer is the city Department of Competition Policy.
