Specialists urban infrastructure complex of Moscow they renovated the courtyard areas in the Beskudnikovsky and Vostochnoye Degunino districts. Work took place on Beskudnikovsky Boulevard near building 25, block 4, building 27, block 4, and building 29, block 1, as well as on Dubninskaya Street near building 6, block 1. In the yard of house 27, building 4 on Beskudnikovsky Boulevard, the pedestrian infrastructure and recreational areas were renovated. Special attention was given to the children’s and sports playgrounds. Here, the outdated equipment was completely replaced, and new injury-safe rubber flooring was installed.
The central element of the children’s playground was a bright climbing structure shaped like a green apple on wooden supports. Nearby, dynamic play modules were installed to train the vestibular system: an inclined rotating carousel-disc, a classic round platform, and balancing elements made of wooden posts of varying heights.
For active games, a play hill-climbing frame was provided with a through metal tunnel and special climbing holds. For younger children, a large spring rocker in the form of a wooden car, a spacious sandbox made of timber, and a playhouse-gazebo were installed.
Between building 27, block 4 and building 25, block 4, a sports ground was arranged, equipped with a workout area featuring monkey bars, inclined benches for abs exercises, pull-up bars, and parallel bars. A hanging boxing bag for functional training was also installed here.
Next to building 29, block 1, a new year-round sports ground has been equipped. In warm weather, you can play basketball and football here. The necessary sports equipment was installed on the ground, and a special surface suitable for sports games was laid. This allows for training and amateur matches to be held outdoors.
In winter, the sports ground will be transformed into an ice rink. Residents will be able to skate and actively spend time with their whole family.
“Russian Ninja,” lawns, and street furniture
Near building 6, block 1 on Dubninskaya Street, the asphalt pavement on parking lots, sidewalks, and pedestrian paths was renewed. The curbstone was replaced on the territory and lawns were created.
The sports and playground areas have been completely reconstructed and the shock-absorbing surface has been replaced. The updated playground features modern equipment for children of different ages.
Special attention was given to the sports area. It now features punching bags, the “Russian Ninja” complex for training grip strength and coordination, as well as pull-up bars.
In addition, areas for quiet relaxation were equipped, where outdoor furniture and canopies were installed for the convenience of residents.
In the Basmanny District, the landscaping of the “German Market” square has been completedNear Butovo Station on MCD-2, streets and the Constructor Simonov square are being improved.
