Employees of PJSC “KAMAZ” were presented with certificates for being included on the electronic Honor Roll of the Republic of Tatarstan. The solemn ceremonies were held at two venues.
At the Foundry Plant of the automotive giant, State Duma deputy of the Russian Federation Alfiya Kogogina, chairman of the KAMAZ trade union Ildar Shamilov, and director of the Foundry Plant Sergey Garanin ceremoniously presented certificates to 19 foundry workers, signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Pesoshin. The KAMAZ employees received them as public recognition of high professional achievements and conscientious work. For many of them, the award was a pleasant surprise.
“I did not expect to be recognized with such an award. It is very valuable. I have been working at the Foundry Plant since 1979, which is almost 47 years. I started working as a work distributor when I was a young girl. And in my current position – manual molding core maker of the 4th category, foreman of the Foundry Plant – I have been working for 26 years. I have a good team. If I had the opportunity to go back in time, I would take the same path and choose ‘KAMAZ’ again.” – she said Maria Volkova.
Before the award ceremony, Ildar Shamilov gave a report on the results of the KAMAZ trade union committee’s work for the first half of the year, and Alfiya Kogogina congratulated those present on the 400th anniversary of Naberezhnye Chelny and the 50th anniversary of the first KAMAZ production.
Another awards ceremony took place at the Veterans Council. There, Alfiya Kogogina and Ildar Shamilov met with representatives of the older generation. Employees of KAMAZ who had reached retirement age but continued to work at the Spare Parts and Components Plant, as well as at the Scientific and Technical Center, were invited to the meeting. Five such employees received certificates for being listed on the electronic Honor Board. In addition, one was presented to the chairwoman of the automaker’s Veterans Council, Galina Tolmachyova.
Veterans of LLC “AutoSpare Part KAMAZ” were recognized with a letter of appreciation from State Duma deputy of the Russian Federation, Alfiya Kogogina. It was also presented to Antonina Ilmendeeva, a volunteer of the automotive giant’s veterans organization, for her personal contribution to providing humanitarian aid to participants of the Special Military Operation and the development of the veterans’ movement. The same letter was received by Taisa Mochalova, the leading specialist working with veterans: the employee was recognized for the effective organization of work, high professionalism, and sensitive attitude towards the representatives of the automotive giant’s “golden fund.”
The Electronic Honor Roll of the Republic of Tatarstan is approved by the Decree of the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan for the purpose of public recognition of the merits of citizens who have achieved outstanding results in various fields of activity aimed at the economic, social, and cultural development of the Republic of Tatarstan.
