Specialists urban utilities complex a new gas distribution station (GRS) “Krasnaya Pakhra” was built in TiNAO. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Housing and Communal Services and Improvement Petr Biryukov.

“Systematic work is being carried out in the city to modernize gas regulation points, which are responsible for reducing gas pressure to certain values and maintaining it within specified limits. In addition, we are building new points to ensure reliable and uninterrupted gas supply to residential buildings and industrial enterprises. Such a facility has appeared in TiNAO as part of the gas supply development program in this territory,” noted Petr Biryukov.

The throughput capacity of the new gas distribution point is 70,000 cubic meters per hour. This volume is sufficient to supply large enterprises and the residential sector of the Krasnopakhorsky district and the Troitsk urban district.

The equipment for the new gas regulation point is manufactured at the in-house production facility of JSC “Mosgaz” using Russian components. It boasts a high degree of reliability and reduced noise characteristics, which meet safety requirements.

All metropolitan gas regulation points are mandatorily equipped with shut-off devices. Their operating parameters are continuously monitored from the central control room, which allows real-time management of the gas system.

The modernization and construction of new GRS facilities will enable the provision of high-quality gas supply and increase the level of digitalization of the gas distribution system.
