On Bazovskaya Street in Western Degunino, a comprehensive renovation of the courtyard areas at 10 residential buildings has been completed. The work was carried out at the following addresses: building 15, blocks 1–9 and 15. The total area of the improved territories amounted to 8.5 hectares.
During the work, specialists Moscow urban facilities complex they equipped children’s, sports, and gym playgrounds, as well as arranged quiet rest areas. In the yards, they replaced the surface of driveways and pedestrian paths, renovated and installed curbstones, and tidied up the lawns.
Special attention was paid to areas for active recreation. About 30 pieces of equipment were installed at the sports grounds, including outdoor exercise machines and multifunctional workout complexes, sports elements, and tennis tables. A separate running track was also provided for training.
Spaces for children were also improved. Playgrounds were equipped with play towns, swings, carousels, exercise machines, and sports complexes. In total, over 100 pieces of play and developmental equipment were installed for young city residents, and surface coverings were replaced.
Quiet rest areas were arranged on the territory of the block. Benches, park swings, and other small architectural forms were installed for the residents. New benches were also placed near the entrances of the houses.
The work covered all the main elements of the courtyard areas. In total, specialists repaired more than 2.3 thousand square meters of asphalt concrete driveway pavement and laid over 4.2 thousand square meters of new pavement. In addition, about 4.9 thousand square meters of tiled surfaces were brought into order. On children’s playgrounds, approximately 1.9 thousand square meters of flooring were repaired, and new surfaces were installed on over 1.6 thousand square meters. On sports grounds, more than 1.5 thousand square meters of surfaces were renewed.
An important part of the landscaping is also the greening. On Bazovskaya Street, more than 11,600 square meters of lawns were tidied up and about 1,900 square meters of new ones were planted.
