An innovation and import substitution center was built and put into operation in Shcherbinka. It was created as part of urban program stimulating the creation of job opportunities. Sergey Sobyanin reported this in his channel in the messenger “Max.”
“An innovative building with an area of more than 14 thousand square meters has been constructed for companies from high-tech industry sectors. It will have about 230 workplaces,” Sergey Sobyanin wrote.

In the three-story building, 20 identical sections were made with separate entrances and lifting-lowering gates for vehicle unloading. Facilities for the design bureau, offices, auxiliary and technical areas, as well as an individual heat point, are provided.
“Leading enterprises in electronics, mechanical engineering, light industry, and information technology have already become residents of the Center for Innovation and Import Substitution,” noted the Mayor of Moscow.
