The Moscow-based company “Ripe Fruits,” which has been engaged in ripening, sorting, slicing, and packaging fresh fruits, berries, and vegetables for over 20 years, updated its equipment fleet with the support of the city, enabling it to supply about two tons of products nationwide every month. Among the most popular products, the company highlights avocado, kiwi, mango, pineapple, and papaya.
Products are delivered to Yekaterinburg, Saint Petersburg, Voronezh, Yaroslavl, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Tyumen, Rostov-on-Don, Perm, and other cities of Russia.
“The company utilized one of the key support tools of the fund — the investment lending program, which provides compensation of 50 percent of the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. The maximum support period can be up to five years, and the amount of the loan subject to compensation is five billion rubles,” noted Sergey Chumichev, General Director of the Moscow Industrial and Entrepreneurship Support Fund.
Earlier, Sergey Sobyanin said that the city’s support helps metropolitan enterprises to expand their sales geography and increase supplies to Russian regions.
