On September 24, the forum “Finance for Growth. Comprehensive Tools for Business” will be held in the capital. It is organized by the economic policy complex within The 11th Moscow Financial Forum. Capital city entrepreneurs will be informed about municipal support measures and the possibilities of banking and non-banking financial instruments for solving operational and investment tasks. This was reported by Maria Bagreeva, Deputy Mayor of Moscow, Head of the Moscow Department of Economic Policy and Development.
“Attracting financing is one of the key tasks of modern business. Today, when access to borrowed capital is difficult, it is important for Moscow entrepreneurs to have the most complete information about available banking and non-banking financial services and how they can be used in current operations, as well as for investment and crisis management purposes. The forum ‘Finance for Growth. Comprehensive Tools for Business’ will provide answers to all these questions. Representatives of Moscow companies will have a unique opportunity to learn in detail about existing financial instruments and their use from leading market players: banks, leasing, factoring, insurance, and management companies. Entrepreneurs will also be informed about financial support measures provided to the capital’s business by Government of Moscow,” noted Maria Bagreeva.
The forum program includes a plenary session “More than a bank. A financial ecosystem for business” and five thematic sessions on key service areas: leasing, insurance, factoring, capital management, and banking solutions. Among the speakers are representatives of the Moscow Government, industry associations, leading Russian banks, and companies providing non-banking financial services. Representatives of large, medium, and small businesses from all sectors of the capital’s economy are invited to participate in the forum.
Maria Bagreeva added that Moscow is creating a platform for practical dialogue among the government, market participants, and entrepreneurs on the development of financial instruments for business. This will help city companies compare the cost, advantages, and limitations of existing solutions and choose tools that correspond to their financial strategy.
