Dear freshmen! In September, bank cards will be issued, which will also serve as passes to educational premises and dormitories (campus card).
To obtain the card, you need to present the following documents
To the citizens of Russia
- Original passport of the Russian Federation
- If available – temporary registration confirming residence in Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region
- IMPORTANT! Minors must provide an additional set of documents* when obtaining a card
Foreign citizens
- Original foreign passport
- If available – temporary registration confirming residence in Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region
- Migration card (must be extended if staying in the Russian Federation for more than 30 days; may not be extended if a valid visa is available, and is not required for citizens of the Republic of Belarus)
- Notarized translation of passport into Russian
- Residence permit and temporary residence permit (if available)
- TIN**
Date of card issue: September 2–4
Time: from 10:00 to 16:00
Address: Card issuance will be carried out by employees of the Bank “Saint Petersburg” on the territory of SPbGASU (upper balustrade).
* Original completed consent form of the parent/legal representative according to the bank’s form; a copy of the parent/legal representative’s identity document (passport: pages 2–3; page with current registration; pages 18–19 with information about previously issued identity documents); a copy of the birth certificate; if the surname of the legal representative and the student differ, it is necessary to attach a copy of the document justifying the change of full name, for example, a marriage certificate, a name change certificate, etc.
** Please note point 6: obtaining a card requires the TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number, ID Card) of a foreign citizen; alternatively, the identification number indicated in the foreign passport may be used.
