They sell at city auctions seven non-residential premises in the Tsaritsyno district. The properties have flexible use, so they can be utilized for various business projects. This was reported by the head of the Moscow City Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtyov.

“A comfortable urban quarter begins with places where residents can handle everyday tasks in close proximity to their homes. Seven premises on Bekhtereva Street can become such points of attraction — from a coffee shop or store to a fitness studio or beauty salon. The premises have flexible usage, and their area ranges from 77.3 to 142.1 square meters, allowing selection according to business needs. The application campaigns will end on September 7 and 8 depending on the chosen lot,” noted Kirill Purtov.

The premises are located on Bekhtereva Street (house 3a) near the Kantemirovskaya metro station. They are situated on the first floor of an apartment building and have separate entrances. The real estate seller is Department of City Property of the City of Moscow.

The residential complex in the Tsaritsyno district was built as part of the implementation of the capital’s renovation programs When designing such houses, the first floors are originally planned as non-residential, with the organization of premises for institutions and walkable accessibility services. Thus, the city provides newcomers with the necessary infrastructure, as well as creates jobs and favorable conditions for the development of small and medium-sized businesses. Non-residential premises in the new building on Bekhtereva Street can be a good investment for subsequent rental. They are designed taking into account the requirements for modern commercial facilities. They include connection to the necessary engineering communications. This helps simplify the process of preparing premises for operation and allows owners or tenants to more quickly start implementing their chosen business concept. Currently, the new building is already fully occupied, which guarantees stable consumer demand,” she said.
