From August 24 to 27, the state budgetary institution “ГБУ «”Small business in Moscow” (MBM) will hold a free intensive training called “The Power of a Leader: Flexible Skills for a Confident Start.” Participants will learn how to plan business development, promote a personal brand, manage a team, and conduct negotiations. The training will take place as part of the “Road to Business” project, which MBM, together with the specialized employment center “My Career,” organizes for everyone who wants to start their own business.
The program includes four webinars. They will take place from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM. Pre-registration on the MBM portal is required to participate in each session.
First webinar “From Idea to Result: How an Entrepreneur Should Set Goals, Plan, and Manage Their Time” will take place August 24. During the session, participants will learn how to turn a business idea into a coherent action plan, identify priority tasks, and set achievable goals. The webinar will be conducted by Ekaterina Kiseleva, an expert in developing soft skills and emotional intelligence.
August 25 participants will discuss the creation personal brand and its use for business promotion. They will learn how to use a personal brand to talk about their products and services, strengthen expert reputation, and become opinion leaders in their niche. The speaker will be coach and entrepreneur Evgenia Zyabkina.
August 26 a webinar will take place “How to Manage a Team: Set Goals, Motivate, and Evaluate Results”. Future entrepreneurs will learn how to build interaction with employees, motivate staff, and create conditions for accomplishing common goals. The online session will be conducted by Elena Soldatova, an expert in building effective teams and business systems.
Will complete the program August 27 webinar “Negotiations in Business: How to Reach Agreements with Clients and Partners”. It will be conducted by business coach, mediator, and Candidate of Legal Sciences Ekaterina Kazakova. The expert will explain how to prepare for negotiations and conduct them, recognize pressure, and build communication in difficult situations.
State Budgetary Institution “Small Business of Moscow,” subordinate to the city Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development, helps residents to start and develop their own business in the capital. At business service centers, one can obtain information about financial and non-financial measures of state support.
