In Moscow on September 5, there will be two major sports festivals — “Moscow Sports Day” and “Moscow Sports Night.”
“Moscow Sports Day”
In the Olympic complex “Luzhniki” For guests, a program with various workouts, master classes, and other sports events has been prepared. For the first time in the program, kangoo jumping workouts will take place. These are sessions using special boots with a spring mechanism that allow performing jumps with cushioning. In addition, guests can look forward to familiar formats: cycling, step aerobics, breakdancing, and others.

The three best in the age categories 9–10, 11–12, and 13–14 years will get a chance to participate in the new season of the TV show “Superninja. Kids.”
Festival guests will also be offered to ride scooters and skateboards in the extreme park and watch the BMX freestyle discipline as part of the Russian Cycling Championship.
In addition, everyone will have the opportunity to participate in open tournaments in parkour tag and mini-football, compete in table tennis, and play chess with grandmaster Sergey Karjakin during a simultaneous exhibition.
A separate area has been prepared for children with activities such as jeep rides, face painting, a play excavator, and laser tag. Young participants can also look forward to balance bike races and Rubik’s Cube assembly workshops.
As part of the sports festival, rescuers from the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the city of Moscow will perform. They will demonstrate combat deployment, teach the basics of firefighting, and conduct themed activities for children.
In addition, there will be a concert featuring Sergey Lazarev, Polina Gagarina, and Mari Kraimbrery.
