In the first half of 2026, the capital approved site planning projects for 19 comprehensive territorial development (CTD) projects. “Within 19 projects with approved planning documentation, a total of almost 970 thousand square meters of modern real estate will be built. The majority will be residential new buildings for implementation renovation programs— said Vladimir Efimov.
The CRT projects within the boundaries of the approved planning documentation are being implemented in the territory of 21 districts of eight administrative okrugs.
“The largest amount of housing under the renovation program will be built as part of the implementation of the CRT project in Golyanovo: the total area of new buildings on Altayskaya, Amurskaya, Kurganskaya, and Ussuriyskaya streets will exceed 218,500 square meters. When developing the planning documentation, an important emphasis was placed on the proper ratio and location of residential and non-residential facilities on the territories, as well as the sequence of their commissioning. For example, a public and business complex with a garage, which will house a pharmaceutical enterprise, will be built in the new residential quarter in Vostochny Degunino; a parking lot will appear on Yeniseyskaya Street in the Babushkinsky District; a kindergarten for 250 places will be erected near the residential buildings on Nikitinskaya Street in Izmaylovo; and a polyclinic with 360 visits per shift will be built on Letchika Babushkina Street in the Losinoostrovsky District,” noted the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the Moscow Department of Urban Planning Policy.
