A certification audit of the quality management system was conducted in the “KAMAZ” divisions.
The audit was conducted for compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard. For the enterprise, such a certification audit of the quality management system is a comprehensive independent assessment of how well the quality management system established in the company meets the standard’s requirements and actually operates in practice.
The audit covered the key processes of the enterprise’s operations. Its purpose was to verify and evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system functioning, as well as compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents adopted in the organization. Auditors from the certification body LLC “AJAY Registrars” visited 11 company divisions (Automobile and Forging Plants, Purchasing Center, Logistics Center, Research and Technology Center, KAMAZ TFK, KAMAZ VTK, Auto Spare Parts KAMAZ, among others) and held meetings with employees.
Based on the results of the certification audit, recommendations will be issued for improving and developing activity processes.
