From January 26, 2019, the collection of reports using form 1-PI is carried out with the use of Unified personal account.
Activation of the Unified Personal Account is required for use. Information on working with the Unified Personal Account, including the procedure for its activation, is provided in the document “User Guide,” available in the “Usage Rules” section.
Attention! The form template must be downloaded to a computer, filled out, and submitted electronically to the Bank of Russia through the Personal Account or provided to the territorial office of the Bank of Russia in the constituent entity of the Russian Federation at the place of the respondent’s state registration on paper, accompanied by an electronic copy on removable storage media (CD/DVD discs, flash drives). To fill out the form, the presence of the program is required Adobe Reader (not lower than version 11).
Reporting form cannot contain only zero values in the following cases:
- Section 1 — if the founders include non-residents holding at least a 10% ownership share.
- Section 2 — if the respondent is among the founders of a non-resident enterprise with an ownership share of at least 10%.
- Section 3 — if the respondent and the non-resident enterprise are under the direct control (with an ownership share of more than 50%) of the same founder (provided that these parties do not own shares in each other’s capital, or the ownership share is less than 10%, and also given the presence of requirements or obligations).
