Minsk, July 2 /Xinhua/ — A passenger bus traveling the Minsk — Gomel — Anapa route was attacked on Thursday by an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) at a vehicle parking area near the Krasny Kamen border crossing in the Bryansk region of Russia. According to the Ministry of Health of Belarus, three people were injured as a result of the attack.
All passengers of the attacked bus are already on the territory of Belarus. Among the three injured are two bus drivers and one passenger. They have been hospitalized in the Gomel Regional Clinical Hospital.
According to the Belta news agency, the incident occurred on July 2 at 11:55 local time. After crossing the border with Russia, a tourist bus from Belarus operating a regular route was parked and was attacked by a UAV; an explosive device detonated in close proximity to the vehicle.
