Moscow Exchange published the seventhreport on sustainable development for 2025. The report provides data on the key results of the “Moscow Exchange” Group in all areas of sustainable development based on the results of the year.
In particular, the report contains information on the development of responsible investing, the creation of a comfortable working environment, information security, and the sustainability of financial infrastructure. Attention is also paid to the topics of corporate governance transparency and risk management. In addition, detailed information is disclosed about the exchange’s work in the areas of climate change, rational use of natural resources, charity and sponsorship, as well as other significant social and environmental aspects.
Key achievements of 2025:
- The highest anti-corruption rating “AAA+” according to the RSPP methodology (100 out of 100 points);
- Average annual employee training increased nearly 2 times — to 42 hours per employee;
- Availability of key systems — 99.96%;
- Launched the Moscow Exchange Climate Resilience Index for non-financial companies (ICLIMATE) — 34 issuers in the calculation base;
- 197 business and educational events were held with the participation of more than 100 thousand people.
The total number of disclosed indicators in the 2025 report in accordance with GRI and SASB standards exceeded 400 indicators, including 311 quantitative indicators according to GRI and SASB standards. For the first time, data on indirect CO2 emissions are presented: from employee commuting to and from work (3,264.3 tons of CO2) and from purchased equipment (972.0 tons of CO2).
Compliance of the report with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) sustainability reporting standards and the requirements of the “Stock and Commodity Exchanges” standard of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board has been confirmed by an independent auditor – the audit and consulting group FBK.
