First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov, during a working trip to the Mari El Republic, visited enterprises in the radio-electronics industry and also held a meeting with the head of the republic, Yuri Zaitsev.
Denis Manturov visited a full-cycle enterprise that produces complex high-tech products for a wide range of industries—from medicine to aircraft manufacturing. At the beginning of 2026, an additional site was opened here, which allowed the company to nearly double the volume of products manufactured. The enterprise uses its own domestic software, and after restructuring its logistics chains, the company developed technological solutions that are 30% cheaper than foreign analogues and superior in quality.The company actively utilizes government support measures, including through the regional industrial development fund: in 2025, a preferential loan of 100 million rubles was obtained with the aim of increasing production volumes.
One more enterprise visited by the first deputy prime minister specializes in the production of electrical equipment. Today, the share of Russian equipment used in production is 90%. In 2026–2027, the company plans to implement several investment projects with a total investment volume of about 250 million rubles, as a result of which the design capacity will reach 50 thousand units of products per year.
At the meeting, the First Vice Premier and the Head of the Mari El Republic discussed the development of the region’s industrial potential. Denis Manturov noted that enterprises of the republic are actively mastering and implementing new technologies. At the same time, he drew attention to the fact that today the region lacks industrial parks included in the federal registry, and emphasized the necessity of developing industrial infrastructure within the framework of the Russian President’s directive on creating 100 new industrial sites by 2030.
“You recently received a subsidy for the recapitalization of the Mari El Industrial Development Fund, which is now actively working. You can always count on financing opportunities from the federal fund. This will allow the republic to co-finance a larger number of projects,” said the first deputy prime minister.
“We have the opportunity to form investment funds within the framework of the industrial development fund. We plan to double the fund’s resources by 2030. Another important direction for us is the creation of economic zones and technoparks. We would like to see both formal, territorial, and legal consolidation of our enterprises. It is important that with your support we see the prospects and will only multiply our achievements,” noted the head of the republic.
Since 2015, the Industrial Development Fund has co-financed six projects in Mari El, directing about 650 million rubles in concessional loans to the region’s processing industries.
