A decision has been made to extend the status of a technopark for the site “Fiztekhpark” in the Severny district for 10 years. This was announced on his channel.messenger “Max”said Sergey Sobyanin.
“This is one of the first technoparks to receive tax benefits in 2016. It specializes in information and communication technologies, scientific research, and innovative development in the field of high technologies. Currently, the technopark has 65 resident companies and more than a thousand employees,” the Mayor of Moscow wrote.

The Technopark “Fiztekhpark” is located in the Severny district (Dolgoprudnenskoye highway, building 3). It has premises with a total area of over 30 thousand square meters. The volume of investments invested in the development of the technopark exceeds two billion rubles.
Among the residents:
— OOO “Cyberprotect” — a software developer for backup copying and restoration of virtual, physical, and cloud environments, protection against data leakage (DLP), and infrastructural software.
— LLC “Bitru” is engaged in software development on order and automation of business processes, implements and supports digital products used in solving construction and operation tasks of facilities;
— OOO “Kollovear” — developer of a low-code platform for digital transformation of enterprises.
In the next 10 years, the technopark plans to modernize its infrastructure. This will create optimal conditions for scaling innovation projects, developing artificial intelligence, and breakthrough scientific developments.
Currently, there are 53 technoparks operating in Moscow, including 11 of the city’s priority investment projects for the creation of such sites. More than 2,400 companies operate here, which have created over 78,000 jobs.
Since 2016, the volume of investments in Moscow technoparks has reached approximately 198 billion rubles. For every ruble of tax benefits provided, there are about 13 rubles of private investments.
Enterprises that have received the status of a technopark or an investment priority project for its creation can count on benefits for land tax and property tax, as well as on a reduction in land lease payments.
The management company is also entitled to use an investment tax deduction — up to 90 percent of expenses for equipping the site with equipment and constructing capital facilities. For such management companies, a reduced profit tax rate of 13.5 percent applies to the regional portion. In total, applying these measures allows technology parks to reduce the tax burden on regional taxes by up to 25 percent.
In addition, grants are provided for techno-park residents to pilot innovative solutions — the support amount can reach up to four million rubles per year. Managing companies can count on subsidies to compensate interest on loans for modernization and development of the property complex.
