Minsk, May 26 /Xin Hua/ — In Belarus, from May 26 to May 28, command-staff exercises will be conducted with the military command bodies, units, military formations, and logistics organizations of the Belarusian armed forces. Corresponding information was published by the press service of the country’s Ministry of Defense on Tuesday.
The exercise includes the development of managing the logistical support of troops in an armed forces operation for crisis response and a set of measures to increase the survivability of facilities, military units, and logistics organizations.
Exercises are being carried out under the leadership of the Deputy Minister of Defense for Logistics, the Chief of Logistics of the Armed Forces of Belarus, Andrey Burdyko. Military personnel called up from the reserves are participating. All practical activities will be worked out and conducted at a logistics facility for the first time. –0–
