In the fall of 2027, 952 students and graduate students of the State University of Management will be able to move into the new dormitory.
On May 13, the rector of GUU Vladimir Stroev and vice-rectors Vitaliy Lapshenkov and Dmitry Bryukanov inspected the construction of the third dormitory building.
In the new building, there are nearly 1,000 rooms provided for graduate students and first-year management students, including those with limited mobility.
The building itself is already erected, window and roofing installation and exterior finishing works are practically completed. Interior finishing works, installation of engineering networks and technological equipment are actively underway. Ahead are the final stages: equipping the premises with technology and furniture and landscaping the territory.
Commissioning is planned for September 2027. Meanwhile, two existing dormitory buildings of GUU will continue to operate, will be updated and modernized in a timely manner so that all students live in decent conditions.
