Beijing, May 8 /Xinhua/ — China has achieved significant progress in improving the business environment, according to a report published on Friday by the State Committee for Development and Reform of the PRC.
The report, based on detailed data, presents a comprehensive review of the country’s achievements in improving the business environment, as well as positive changes in key segments in 2025.
In addition, in a special section, systematic changes and cumulative results for the period of the 14th five-year plan /2021-2025/ in the corresponding sphere are summarized.
The report also highlights innovative measures to promote the improvement of the business environment. It lists the main laws, regulations, and political documents introduced in 2025, which focus primarily on priority issues such as removing barriers to market access and competitive struggle in the style of “involution” / “neijuan”.
The report emphasizes China’s firm determination to continuously optimize its business environment.
