Tehran, May 4 /Xin Hua/ — The Strait of Hormuz will not return to its pre-war status, while Tehran is not negotiating with Washington on the Iranian nuclear program. This was stated on Monday by the official representative of the Committee on National Security and Foreign Policy of the Iranian Parliament, Ebrahim Rezaei.

According to the statement of the Iranian semi-official news agency Mehr, E. Rezaei noted that the Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi made corresponding statements during a closed meeting with committee members. –0–
