Enterprises of ANK “Bashneft” (a subsidiary of “Rosneft”) achieved an economic effect of 8.1 billion rubles in 2025 as a result of implementing 282 projects aimed at increasing production efficiency (PPE).
In the “Exploration and Production” unit of Bashneft, 155 E&P projects with an economic effect of about 2.9 billion rubles have been implemented. Of these, in Bashneft-Production — the key producing asset of Bashneft — 108 E&P projects with an effect of about 1.9 billion rubles have been realized. The greatest result was achieved due to repeated hydraulic fracturing operations with hydrojet perforation. This approach allows selectively treating the most productive sections of the formation through targeted impact on the reservoir, thereby increasing its oil recovery.
34 PPE projects with an effect of more than 915 million rubles have been implemented at the field in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug. Among them is the construction of temporary technological passageways from mobile road coverings to ensure the movement and work of specialists at cluster sites, which eliminated downtime for drilling crews.
In the oil refining and petrochemicals block of Bashneft, more than 127 activities aimed at improving production efficiency were implemented, with the effect of their implementation amounting to 5.2 billion rubles. The most significant results were delivered by projects aimed at increasing the efficiency of technological processes, increasing the output of light petroleum products, optimizing raw material flows, and heat supply.
Increasing production efficiency is one of the key elements of Rosneft’s strategy. The company is conducting large-scale work aimed at reducing operating costs and capital investments, including through the implementation of advanced technological solutions.
