Washington, April 29 /Xinhua/ — The Washington Metropolitan Police Department announced on Tuesday that it is investigating two separate shooting incidents in the U.S. capital.
“Alert: A shooting is being investigated in the 400 block of N Street in the northwest,” the department said in a message posted on social media platform X.
In another message it says: “Alert: Shooting under investigation in the 3300 block of Mt. Pleasant Street in the northwest. This incident is not related to the incident on the 400 block.”
The department did not provide information about the injured.
