The Bank of Russia has provided the opportunity for citizens and organizations to request consolidated information about a market participant, verified by an enhanced qualified electronic signature (UKEP). The service is available onsiteBank of Russia and on Gosuslugi.
The new functionality allows obtaining comprehensive information about all types of activities, permits for implementation held by participants of the financial market. The data have legal significance thanks to the Bank of Russia’s UKÉP.
The electronic document is a prototype of the Unified statement that will replace statements from specialized registers as a result of adoptionlaw on the Unified Register of Financial Market Participants.
For the information request, the following is necessary:
On the website of the Bank of Russia:
- findthe card of the necessary participant of the financial market and go to it;
- click the “Get information electronically” button;
- authorize through the Unified Identification and Authentication System;
- Specify the email address to which the document will be sent.
On Gosuslugi:
- go to the page where it is presentedservice of the Bank of Russia;
- In the drop-down list, select “Information on all types of financial market participant activities”;
- specify the market participant identifiers;
- The document will be sent to the personal account on Gosuslugi.
