Sana’a, April 13 /Saba/ — A Yemeni group of Ansar stated on Sunday that if the USA and Israel resume attacks on Iran, it will intensify its military operations and the so-called “axis of resistance.”
The MID of the unrecognized government in Sanaa noted in its statement that “the steadfastness of Iran’s representatives at the negotiation table represents a new victory for the Islamic Republic, “the axis of resistance” and the “Islamic Jihad” groups,” reports the state information agency SABA.
The statement also notes that any escalation of the conflict in the region, initiated by the USA, especially at sea, negatively affects supply chains, energy prices, and the global economy.
Since the end of March, missiles and UAVs have been launched towards Israel in support of “allies” in the region, including Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, and Palestine.
The group with its bases controls Sanaa and most of the provinces in the north of the country since the end of 2014. During the 12-day conflict last year involving the USA and Israel, it also provided support to Iran. –0–
